We've been complaining to the company that maintains our heat pumps (Not a company of our choosing but the builders, whom we stick with because we wanted to keep the warranty. I don't think they're bad but it would have been nice to have a choice. This winter we had heat issues. They came out and replaced something in the downstairs heatpump. ( Read more... )
